Cheesy Rice 'n Tomatoes

  1. Heat dressing in small saucepan on medium heat.
  2. Add onions; cook and stir 3 min.
  3. or until tender.
  4. Stir in rice, broth and tomatoes.
  5. Bring to boil.
  6. Reduce heat to low; simmer 3 min.
  7. Add cheeses and parsley; stir until blended.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Let stand, covered, 5 min.
  10. before serving.
