Glazed Pork Chops with Stuffing

  1. Brown chops in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat 5 min.
  2. on each side.
  3. Drain peaches, reserving syrup.
  4. Mix syrup, catsup, sugar and vinegar; add to skillet.
  5. Bring to boil.
  6. Reduce heat to low; cover.
  7. Simmer 15 to 20 min.
  8. or until chops are done (145).
  9. Move pork chops to side of skillet; add water, stuffing mix and peaches.
  10. Stir to moisten stuffing; cover.
  11. Remove from heat.
  12. Let stand 5 min.
