Glazed Pork Chops with Stuffing
- 6 boneless pork chops (1-1/2 lb.), 3/4 in. thick
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 can (8-3/4 oz.) peach slices in heavy syrup
- 1/4 cup HEINZ Tomato Ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 cups STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken in the Canister
- Brown chops in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat 5 min.
- on each side.
- Drain peaches, reserving syrup.
- Mix syrup, catsup, sugar and vinegar; add to skillet.
- Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to low; cover.
- Simmer 15 to 20 min.
- or until chops are done (145).
- Move pork chops to side of skillet; add water, stuffing mix and peaches.
- Stir to moisten stuffing; cover.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand 5 min.
