Cucumber-Sour Cream Salad

  1. Mix dry gelatin mix and salt in large bowl.
  2. Gradually add hot water, stirring constantly until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in lime zest and juice.
  4. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until slightly thickened.
  5. Add sour cream and mayonnaise; mix well.
  6. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  7. Pour into 2 full-hotel pans (or into 1 half-hotel pan for trial recipe).
  8. Refrigerate several hours or until firm.
