Smokie Bisque Recipe

  1. Make a roux with the butter and flour.
  2. Add in lowfat milk and stock.
  3. Add in the rest of the ingredients and gently bring to the boil.
  4. Simmer for 10 min.
  5. Serve with a little minced parsley or possibly cream, if you like.
