Marinated Greek Salad
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 cup broccoli pieces
- 2 cup cauliflower pieces
- 3/4 cup pitted ripe olives
- 3/4 cup salad olives
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 1 (8 ounce) bottle Italian salad dressing
- 4 oz (1 cup) feta cheese, crumbled
- In a large glass bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese.
- Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
- Just before serving, gently stir in feta cheese.
