Baked Fish Tacos with Salsa
- 3 Tbsp. Miracle Whip Original Spread
- 1/4 cup Kraft Italian Zesty Lime Dressing, divided
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 4 cod fillets (1 lb./450 g)
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
- 1/3 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
- 1/3 cup cut-up avocados (1/2 inch)
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Mix Miracle Whip, 1 Tbsp.
- Italian dressing and chili powder until blended.
- Place fish in single layer on parchment-covered baking sheet.
- Brush Miracle Whip mixture onto tops and sides of fish fillets; coat with crushed chips.
- Bake 12 to 15 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, avocados and remaining Italian dressing.
- Serve fish topped with tomato-avocado salsa.
