Curried Shrimp Soup Recipe
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 tbsp. flour (instant blending)
- 1 quart. lowfat milk
- 9 ounce. shrimp, cut
- 2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Combine all ingredients in large saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly till thickened and warm.
- Serves 6.
