Vegetables Cheesy Pasta
- 1 envelope pasta
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 packages frozen vegetables
- 1/2 tsp curry
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 3 fresh mashed tomatoes
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 clove garlic
- boil water and add pasta.
- Add butter to a hot pan then add onion, half garlic, add 0.25 ts of "salt, basil, thyme, and curry" (3 min)
- Add frozen vegetables (3 min)
- Add mashed fresh tomato then tomato sauce (10 min)
- Add half garlic
- Add 0.25 ts "salt, basil, thyme, and curry" (2 min)
- Taste the vegetables sauce then remove two halves garlice (make sure it is a bit salty bec.
- it will be added to the pasta)
- Add vegetables sauce to the pasta
- Add the pasta to a large glass container and add cheese mozzarella on the middle and top of it.
- Preheat over 180 celcuis degree then add the pasta 12 min and heat its top for 3 min.
- (duration based on oven - till cheese is totally melted and top turns brown)
