Horseradish Cream for Standing Rib Roast
- 1 12 cups sour cream
- 12 cup prepared horseradish, drained
- 14 cup thinly sliced green onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- kosher salt
- Mix sour cream, horseradish, green onions, parsley, and lemon juice in small bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
