Frozen Cheesecake Sandwich Cookies

  1. Prepare cheesecake filling with milk as directed on package.
  2. Add chocolate; stir with wire whisk until well blended.
  3. Fold in whipped topping.
  4. Spoon filling mixture into pastry bag.
  5. Pipe 1/4 cup of the filling mixture onto half of the cookies; top each with second cookie to make sandwich.
  6. Freeze at least 4 hours or until firm.
  7. Serve frozen.
