Frozen Cheesecake Sandwich Cookies
- 1-1/4 qt. JELL-O Brand Cheesecake Filling Mix
- 1-1/2 qt. Cold milk
- 1 cup BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted, cooled
- 1 qt. prepared DREAM WHIP Whipped Topping
- 128 each chocolate cookies (2-1/2 inch)
- Prepare cheesecake filling with milk as directed on package.
- Add chocolate; stir with wire whisk until well blended.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Spoon filling mixture into pastry bag.
- Pipe 1/4 cup of the filling mixture onto half of the cookies; top each with second cookie to make sandwich.
- Freeze at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Serve frozen.
