Avocado and Chicken Cream Pasta
- 1 for 2 servings Pasta
- 1 Avocado
- 160 grams Chicken thighs
- 4 Button mushrooms
- 2 slice Sliced cheese
- 100 ml Heavy cream
- 100 ml Milk
- 2 tsp Soup Stock (granules)
- 1 Salt
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 as much (to taste) Black pepper
- 1 as much (to taste) Grated cheese
- Cut the avocado and chicken thighs into bite size pieces.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken.
- Slice the mushrooms thinly.
- Boil plenty of water in a pan with 2 teaspoons of salt and cook the pasta.
- Heat a good amount of olive oil in a pan and stir fry the chicken.
- When the chicken is cooked, add the avocado and mushroom and continue frying.
- Lower the heat a little and add heavy cream and milk.
- Add soup stock granules.
- Tear the cheese and put in the pan.
- Add grated cheese.
- Taste and season with salt and black pepper.
- Turn the heat off and mix with pasta.
- It's ready to serve!
- I sprinkle black pepper on top to finish.
