Avocado and Chicken Cream Pasta

  1. Cut the avocado and chicken thighs into bite size pieces.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken.
  3. Slice the mushrooms thinly.
  4. Boil plenty of water in a pan with 2 teaspoons of salt and cook the pasta.
  5. Heat a good amount of olive oil in a pan and stir fry the chicken.
  6. When the chicken is cooked, add the avocado and mushroom and continue frying.
  7. Lower the heat a little and add heavy cream and milk.
  8. Add soup stock granules.
  9. Tear the cheese and put in the pan.
  10. Add grated cheese.
  11. Taste and season with salt and black pepper.
  12. Turn the heat off and mix with pasta.
  13. It's ready to serve!
  14. I sprinkle black pepper on top to finish.
