Oriental Green Beans & Hamburger
- 1 pound Ground Hamburger
- 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 1- 1/2 cup Water
- 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Molasses
- 1 can (14.5 Oz. Can) Green Beans
- 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
- 1/4 cups Water
- French Fried Onions, To Garnish
- Cook hamburger with garlic and some salt and pepper.
- Mix together molasses, soy sauce, and water.
- Add to the pan with the hamburger.
- Heat to a boil, add the green beans.
- Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes.
- Mix corn starch and water in a separate dish, temper with some gravy from the pan.
- Add to the pan and stir until thickened.
- Serve over rice and with some French fried onions.
- Yummmy!
