Cornbread
- 1 cup butter flavor shortening
- 1 14 cups sugar
- 2 12 cups flour
- 1 34 cups yellow cornmeal
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 34 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Cream shortening and sugar.
- Add eggs, milk, flour, cornmeal, salt and baking powder.
- Bake in a greased sheet cake pan at 400^ for 20 minutes.
