Curry And Honey Glazed Chicken Recipe
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 c. Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. curry pwdr
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. butter
- Chicken, cut up to serve 5
- Coconut; optional
- Raisins; optional
- Chutney; optional
- Peanuts; optional
- Put chicken in flat baking dish, skin side down.
- Heat and mix other ingredients in saucepan.
- Cover; let stand all day or possibly overnight.
- Turn chicken, cover with foil; bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
- Remove foil and bake 15 min longer.
- Baste once or possibly twice.
- Serve with warm rice.
- Serve with coconut, raisins, peanuts, or possibly chutney as condiments.
