Cilantro Ginger Hummus
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Chickpeas, Drained
- 1/4 cups Tahini
- 1/4 cups Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic, Peeled
- 1 piece Fresh Ginger (1 Inch Size), Peeled
- 1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
- 1/4 cups Cilantro
- 2 whole Scallions, Rough Chopped
- 1 whole Plum Tomato, Quartered
- Combine all ingredients into a food processor fitted with the steel blade.
- Put the lid on and pulse until it becomes smooth.
- Easy!
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
- Enjoy with veggies, crackers or even as a spread.
- This recipe makes about 2 cups worth.
