Cilantro Ginger Hummus

  1. Combine all ingredients into a food processor fitted with the steel blade.
  2. Put the lid on and pulse until it becomes smooth.
  3. Easy!
  4. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
  5. Enjoy with veggies, crackers or even as a spread.
  6. This recipe makes about 2 cups worth.
