Polony and Pasta Bake

  1. Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water.
  2. Drain and spoon into greased ovenproof dish.
  3. Mix in grated cheese.
  4. Beat together the cream and eggs, season to taste, and pour over pasta.
  5. In a saucepan, combine the tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic, onion and herbs.
  6. Cook until slightly thickened.
  7. Cube and sprinkle chicken peri peri polony over pasta with tomato mixture and mozarella cheese.
  8. Bake 180C until bubbling and golden for approximately 35 minutes or until set.
  9. Serve hot with a salad.
