Broccoli, Carrots, Cauliflower Casserole Recipe
- 1 bag frzn broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, etc. mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 can Durkee onions
- Pepper
- Mix vegetables, lowfat sour cream and soup, 1/2 of onions and 1/2 of cheese into casserole.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min in covered casserole.
- Then add in remaining onions and cheese to top and bake uncovered 5 min longer.
