Quick Pinto Beans

  1. Heat oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat.
  2. Add next 4 ingredients; cook 3 min., stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in cilantro and mustard; cook 2 min., stirring frequently.
  4. Drain 2 cans beans; add to ham mixture.
  5. Stir in remaining 2 undrained cans.
  6. Bring to boil; cover.
  7. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally.
