Banana Fig Bran Bread - ABM
- 1 package yeast, active dry
- 2 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup wheat germ toasted or bran
- 13 cup milk, skim, (non fat) powder
- 2 tablespoons gluten flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup bananas ripe, sliced
- 3/4 cup figs dried, quartered, stem tips removed
- 2 each egg whites
- 1 tablespoon canola oil or vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons malt extract (or honey)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup water very warm
- Add all the ingredients into the pan in the order listed Select white breadand push "Start".
