BBQ Turkey Burger with Grilled Pineapple

  1. Mix turkey, 1-1/2 cups of the barbecue sauce (or 2 Tbsp.
  2. of the barbecue sauce for trial recipe), the roasted peppers, onions, oil, garlic, salt and black pepper.
  3. Shape into 48 patties (or into four patties for trial recipe), about 7 oz.
  4. each.
  5. For each serving: Cook burger on greased grill 6 min.
  6. ; carefully turn and brush with 2 tsp.
  7. of the barbecue sauce.
  8. Cook an additional 6 min.
  9. or until medium doneness (165 degrees F); turn.
  10. Brush with 2 tsp.
  11. of the remaining barbecue sauce.
  12. Fill roll with 1 each lettuce leaf, pineapple slice and burger.
