Cheese Beef-Stuffed Peppers

  1. Place peppers in 12x8-inch or 13x9-inch glass baking dish.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Combine all of the remaining ingredients except for the VELVEETA in medium mixing bowl; mix well.
  4. Spoon meat mixture into green pepper halves.
  5. Cover with wax paper.
  6. Microwave for 25 to 30 minutes on Medium-High or until meat is cooked through.
  7. Top with VELVEETA and continue cooking on Medium-High until VELVEETA is melted.
  8. About 6 servings.
