Zesty Scalloped Potatoes

  1. In saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  2. Add potatoes, onion, garlic, bouillon and salt.
  3. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring.
  4. Cover and lower heat.
  5. Cook about 10 minutes, until potatoes are almost tender.
  6. Spread 1/2 potato mixture with liquid in a shallow 2-quart baking dish.
  7. Cover evenly with 1/2 cheese and 1/2 chilies.
  8. Repeat with remaining potato mixture, cheese and chilies.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes.
