Ginger Chicken Breast

  1. Slice chicken diagonally and coat both side with flour, salt and peppers.
  2. Cut onion into 1 cm wedges.
  3. Mix the together.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and cook the chicken from the skin side first.
  5. When one side gets browned, flip it over and add onion.
  6. Cook for 3 minutes.
  7. Pour in the sauce and cook for 2 minutes over high heat.
  8. Serve with finely shredded cabbage!
