Ginger Chicken Breast
- 2 Chicken breast meat
- 1/2 of an onion Onion
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tsp Grated ginger
- 1 tbsp Cooking sake
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 pinch of each Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Plain flour
- Slice chicken diagonally and coat both side with flour, salt and peppers.
- Cut onion into 1 cm wedges.
- Mix the together.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook the chicken from the skin side first.
- When one side gets browned, flip it over and add onion.
- Cook for 3 minutes.
- Pour in the sauce and cook for 2 minutes over high heat.
- Serve with finely shredded cabbage!
