Chewy Shrimp For Breakfast or a Snack, Japanese-Style Toast
- 30 grams Shrimp (frozen)
- 1 slice Sliced bread
- 5 cm Japanese leek
- 1 Shirasu (boiled and dried baby sardines) (optional)
- 1 tsp Sake
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
- 1 Mayonnaise
- Prepare the shrimp (defrost if frozen) by sprinkling sake and chopping.
- Cut the leek into thin slices.
- Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
- Cut the bread in half and coat with the shrimp and leek mixture.
- I drizzled mayonnaise on one slice, scattered shirasu on the other.
- Toast until crispy.
- Enjoy.
