Chewy Shrimp For Breakfast or a Snack, Japanese-Style Toast

  1. Prepare the shrimp (defrost if frozen) by sprinkling sake and chopping.
  2. Cut the leek into thin slices.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
  4. Cut the bread in half and coat with the shrimp and leek mixture.
  5. I drizzled mayonnaise on one slice, scattered shirasu on the other.
  6. Toast until crispy.
  7. Enjoy.
