Pineapple-Dijon Chicken

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients until blended.
  2. Reserve half the mustard mixture for later use; brush chicken with remaining mustard mixture.
  3. Let stand 15 min.
  4. Grill chicken 6 to 8 min.
  5. on each side or until done (165 degrees F), brushing occasionally with reserved mustard mixture.
