Strawberries Romanoff

• 1/3 cup orange juice
• 3 Tbsp. sugar
• 1 tsp. grated orange zest Safeway 1 lb For $0.79 thru 02/09
• 1 qt. (4 cups) fresh strawberries, halved
• 1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
• 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

1. Mix juice, sugar and zest in large bowl.
2. Add strawberries; toss to coat.
3. Cover.
4. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
5. Place 1 cup of the strawberry mixture in blender container; cover.
6. Blend until pureed.
7. Pour into medium bowl.
8. Add whipped topping and sour cream; stir gently with wire whisk until well blended.
9. Spoon remaining strawberry mixture evenly into 6 dessert dishes; top with the pureed strawberry mixture.
