Tonya's Tex Mex Crock-Pot Chicken
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 large red bell pepper
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 2 jalapeno peppers
- 1 onion
- 2 cups salsa
- 2 tbsn taco seasoning
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- Toss chicken with taco seasoning in crockpot.
- Add onion, peppers and salsa.
- cook on low for five to six hours, spread shredded cheese on top and let melt, serve.
