ROKA Apple-Walnut Salad

  1. Combine chicken, apples, celery and cheese in large bowl.
  2. Add dressing; toss to coat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  4. Toss together spinach, romaine and carrots; divide among four plates.
  5. Top evenly with chicken mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with walnuts.
