Tangy Cucumber Sauce
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and sliced (sometimes I leave the seeds)
- 14 cup watercress
- 14 cup buttermilk (or plain yogurt)
- 12 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Microwave the cucumber 1.5-2.5 minutes on high, covered letting the steam escape.
- Put everything in the food processor or blender and whirl.
