Rustic chunky cinnamon apple sauce

• 1 cup water
• 8 large golden delicious apples
• 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
• 1 tbsp raw sugar

1. Bring water to boil in medium saucepan
2. Add peeled, cored and sliced apples to boiling water, cover and reduce to simmer.
3. Cook until apples are soft enough to stir together.
4. Add sugar and cinnamon, sir and remove from heat.
5. Allow to cool before storing, or serve warm for magical deliciousness!
