7 Layer Cookies Recipe
- 1/2 stk butter
- 1 1/2 c. Graham cracker crumbs
- 1 can Eagle Brand lowfat milk
- 6 ounce Chocolate chips
- 6 ounce Butterscotch chips
- 6 ounce Coconut
- 6 ounce Nuts, minced
- Heat butter in bottom of 9 x 13 inch cake pan.
- Press graham cracker crumbs into pan.
- Pour can of Eagle Brand lowfat milk over graham cracker crumbs.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and butterscotch chips and nuts over mix.
- Sprinkle coconut on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees till coconut browns, (approximately 15 min).
