Saucy Stir-Fried Pork

  1. COOK rice as directed on package.
  2. HEAT dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add meat; cook and stir 2 min.
  4. Add peppers and peas; cook 3 min., stirring frequently.
  5. Add onions; cook and stir 1 min.
  6. MIX soy sauce, cornstarch and ginger until well blended.
  7. Add to meat mixture in skillet; cook 1 min.
  8. or until sauce thickens, stirring frequently.
  9. Serve over the rice.
  10. COMPLEMENT meal with 1/2 a cup of raspberries each for dessert.
  11. POUR each CRYSTAL LIGHT On-the-Go packet into a 20 fl oz bottle of water; mix or shake well.
  12. Serve each person 1 water bottle.
