Saucy Stir-Fried Pork
- 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into strips
- 1 medium red pepper, cut in strips
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Reduced Fat dressing
- 8 oz. sugar snap peas
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 2 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
- 4 On-the-Go packets
- 4 bottles of water, 20 fl oz
- COOK rice as directed on package.
- HEAT dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add meat; cook and stir 2 min.
- Add peppers and peas; cook 3 min., stirring frequently.
- Add onions; cook and stir 1 min.
- MIX soy sauce, cornstarch and ginger until well blended.
- Add to meat mixture in skillet; cook 1 min.
- or until sauce thickens, stirring frequently.
- Serve over the rice.
- COMPLEMENT meal with 1/2 a cup of raspberries each for dessert.
- POUR each CRYSTAL LIGHT On-the-Go packet into a 20 fl oz bottle of water; mix or shake well.
- Serve each person 1 water bottle.
