Honey Lemon Schnitzel

  1. Combine the flour, salt and pepper in a large plastic bag.
  2. Add pork, two pieces at a time, shake to coat.
  3. Cook pork in butter in large skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.
  4. Remove and keep warm.
  5. Add lemon juice and honey to the skillet; cook and stir for 3 minutes or until thickened.
  6. Return pork to pan .
  7. Cook 2-3 minutes longer or until heated through.
