buffalo chicken meatballs
- 1 1/2 lb lean ground chicken or turkey
- 1 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 cup Frank's red hot sauce, divided
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup butter
- preheat oven to 425 and spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
- mix chicken, panko, egg, and 1/3 cup hot sauce.
- form mixture into 40 1-1/2"meatballs and place on cookie sheet.
- bake 20 minutes or until done.
- meanwhile, heat remaining 2/3 cup hot sauce and butter and stir until mixed.
- toss meatballs in sauce and serve.
