Balsamic Grilled Chicken (Oamc)

  1. Mix marinade together and reserve 1/4 cup to baste after grilling if desired.
  2. Marinate chicken minimum 4 hours but for best results, overnight.
  3. Or Freeze for later!
  4. Just Thaw in Fridge and grill!
  5. Grill chicken over indirect flame, medium heat, until done.
  6. Add wood chips for a smoky flavor if desired.
  7. Brush with any reserved marinade (uncontaminated by chicken) if so desired.
