Zingy pepper chicken sausages & sweet corn
- 800 grams pepper chicken sausages
- 300 grams sweet corn
- 2 medium size potatoes
- 2 onions finely diced
- 1/2 cup tomato paste (optional: 2 tomatoes)
- 2 capsicum chopped
- 1/2 tbsp pepper powder
- 5 coriander
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Pre-heat the frying pan with oil and deep fry the chicken sausages until golden brown.
- Heat another pan, put oil and fry the potatoes until brown add pinch of salt
- Add the other ingredients and cook for another 5mins.
- After that cut the sausages into half , add in the curry and cook for another 3minutes.
- Flavor with salt and pepper powder.
- Sprinkle some finely chopped coriander leaves on top, serve hot and start eating
