Zingy pepper chicken sausages & sweet corn

  1. Pre-heat the frying pan with oil and deep fry the chicken sausages until golden brown.
  2. Heat another pan, put oil and fry the potatoes until brown add pinch of salt
  3. Add the other ingredients and cook for another 5mins.
  4. After that cut the sausages into half , add in the curry and cook for another 3minutes.
  5. Flavor with salt and pepper powder.
  6. Sprinkle some finely chopped coriander leaves on top, serve hot and start eating
