Tender Roast Beef Recipe
- 3 pound roast cut into serving size pcs
- 1 can golden brown mushroom soup
- 1 can French onion soup
- Put meat into casserole or possibly roaster.
- Mix soups together; pour over meat.
- Cover dish and bake at 325 degrees for 5 hrs.
- Stir once or possibly twice while roasting.
- Meat will be very tender with a tasty gravy.
