Purple Sweet Potato Spritz Cookies

• 20 grams Purple sweet potato powder
• 250 grams White flour
• 210 grams Butter
• 75 grams Sugar
• 4 1/2 tbsp Milk

1. Cream the butter using a rubber spatula.
2. Add the sugar in 2 to 3 parts and mix.
3. Add the milk a little at a time and mix.
4. Combine and sift the purple sweet potato powder and the flour.
5. Fold them into the mixture from step 1.
6. Put the dough in a pastry bag.
7. Line a baking sheet with kitchen parchment paper, and pipe out the cookie dough on it.
8. Decorate with heart-shaped sugar decorations if you have them.
9. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 C for 12 minutes.
