Tuna, Rice and Bean Salad
- 2-2/3 cups cooked brown rice
- 2 cups mixed salad greens
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 2 cans (198 g each) tuna, drained
- 1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) corn, drained
- 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) red kidney beans, rinsed
- 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
- Place first 7 ingredients in large bowl; mix lightly.
- Toss with dressing.
