Spicy Pork Bok Choy

  1. Trim ends of bok choy.
  2. Wash, pat dry with paper towels, and then set aside.
  3. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add oil and then stir in garlic.
  5. Cook for about 1 minute, or until soft, and then add pork.
  6. Stirring occasionally to break up and turn pork, cook for 3-5 minutes or until pork is lightly browned and cooked through.
  7. Stir in soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, and sesame seed oil.
  8. Cook for 1 minute, and then stir in bok choy.
  9. Cook for 1 minute or until bok choy is tender and slightly wilted.
  10. Serve warm.
