Hot Stoned Fruit Salad

  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Slice fruits and remove stones.Place the fruits in a baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with sugar and pour over the orange juice.
  4. Cover tightly (you can use foil over a baking dish or pyrex bakeware) and bake 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven.
  6. Serve into dessert bowls or stemmed glasses.
  7. Pour over the cointreau
  8. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or ice-cream.
