Stir-Fry with Ginger Sauce
- 4 cups Noodles Or Rice
- 6 cups Miscellaneous Diced Fresh Or Frozen Vegetables
- Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 cups Soya Sauce
- 1/4 cups Vinegar
- 1/4 cups Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 3 Tablespoons Flour Or Cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoons Ginger Powder
- 1.
- Cook noodles or rice.
- Fry vegetables with vegetable oil on high-heat until tender-crisp.
- 2.
- Combine soya sauce, vinegar and sugar in a small pot and heat on high heat to dissolve sugar, stirring occasionally.
- 3.
- Combine flour and water with a whisk and then whisk into sauce pot with other ingredients.
- Stirring occasionally, heat until desired thickness is achieved.
- Remove from heat.
- 4.
- Whisk in ginger powder.
- Taste and add more ginger powder if desired.
- 5.
- Serve over vegetables (with optional meat, pine nuts and/or peanuts) and rice or noodles.
