Peanut Butter Nankhatai

  1. Heat oven to 300 degrees F.
  2. Beat peanut butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy.
  3. Combine next 4 ingredients.
  4. Add to peanut butter mixture along with milk; beat just until blended.
  5. (Mixture will be slightly crumbly.)
  6. Roll into 30 balls, using about 1 Tbsp.
  7. dough for each.
  8. Place, 1 inch apart, on baking sheets.
  9. Flatten slightly.
  10. Bake 30 min.
  11. or until lightly browned.
  12. Cool on baking sheets 3 min.
  13. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
