The Battle of Ivrea
- 1 slice each of lime
- 1 slice lemon
- 1 slice orange
- 3 dashes Hella Bitter citrus bitters
- 2 ounce light rum
- 1/2 ounce Campari
- Enough sparkling Moscato to "float."
- In a mixing glass, muddle the fruits.
- Fill with ice, add the other ingredients and shake.
- Strain into a highball over ice.
- Float the Moscato on top.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
