Creamy Tortellini Skillet
- 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 2 cups Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 cup Half-and-half
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 24 ounces, weight Frozen Tortellini
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add minced garlic.
- Cook for less than a minute.
- Pour spaghetti sauce, half-and-half, and chicken broth into skillet.
- Stir to combine well.
- Add in the tortellini and mix well with the sauce.
- Increase heat just a bit and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover with a lid.
- Simmer for 12-15 minutes.
