Low Fat Mayonnaise - Tomato Mayonnaise

  1. Place first 4 ingredients in food processor and blend.
  2. Add oil in a slow steady stream until it is fully blended.
  3. Chop tomato pulp and add to food processor with the basil.
  4. Blend for 30 seconds.
