Shiner Bock French Dips
- 4 pounds Chuck Roast
- 1 envelope Dry Onion Soup Mix, 1 Ounce Packet
- 1 bottle Shiner Bock Beer, 12 Ounce Bottle
- 6 whole Hoagie Rolls
- 6 slices Provolone Cheese
- Combine all ingredients in a crock pot.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- At 8 hours, I shred the roast in the crock pot and then using hoagie rolls layer roast and provolone cheese.
- We toast the sandwiches open face.
- Be sure to dip in the au jus sauce.
- These are so easy and your family will love them!!!!!!!!!
