Roasted buttered beef and vegetables

  1. Preheat oven to 375 Fahrenheit
  2. Cover bottom of roaster, or oven safe dish.
  3. Add spices to roast.
  4. Only use some of the salt to litely salt the roast.
  5. Put on top of butter in roaster
  6. Smother the top of roast with butter
  7. Add beans on top of buttered roast
  8. Salt the beans with some of the salt
  9. Add the mixed vegetables, litely salting the vegetables and add rest of the butter on top
  10. Put into oven covered.
  11. Roast for 1 1/2 hours.
  12. Serve hope you enjoy!
