Roasted buttered beef and vegetables
- 2 1/2 pounds chuck roast
- 2/3 cup butter
- 1/4 cup Adolphs meat tenderizer
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 1/4 cup turmeric
- 1/4 cup granulated garlic powder
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1 pound whole green beans
- 2/3 butter
- 1 pound mixed vegetables, orange carrots, yellow carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower.
- 1/2 cup butter
- Preheat oven to 375 Fahrenheit
- Cover bottom of roaster, or oven safe dish.
- Add spices to roast.
- Only use some of the salt to litely salt the roast.
- Put on top of butter in roaster
- Smother the top of roast with butter
- Add beans on top of buttered roast
- Salt the beans with some of the salt
- Add the mixed vegetables, litely salting the vegetables and add rest of the butter on top
- Put into oven covered.
- Roast for 1 1/2 hours.
- Serve hope you enjoy!
