Chicken Vegetable Noodle Soup
- 2 quarts chicken stock
- 8 ounces chicken, cubed
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped carrot
- 1 cup chopped parsnip
- 1 cup cut green beans
- 34 teaspoon dried thyme
- 34 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 -2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 12 cup peas
- 4 ounces noodles, cooked
- Combine all ingredients except broccoli, peas, noodles in slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on high 4-6 hours.
- Stir in remaining ingredients during last 20-30 minutes.
