Pork with Kimchi & Tofu

  1. Cut the pork and kimchi into bite-sized pieces.
  2. (There have also been times when I don't cut either).
  3. Since it's difficult to heat tofu, if you want to cut down on cooking time, then microwave it a bit to warm it up.
  4. Cook the pork.
  5. When it changes color, add the kimchi and then the tofu.
  6. While cooking, break the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Mix it all together so that everything is combined.
  8. Once everything is cooked through, it's done.
